All orders are made to order. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to create your magnets. Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for mainland U.S. and 5-10 business days for Hawaii and Alaska.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days with a photo of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including sending a replacement if applicable. For lost packages, we will assist you in filing a claim with USPS.
