How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders are made to order. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to create your magnets. Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for mainland U.S. and 5-10 business days for Hawaii and Alaska.

What if my magnets arrive damaged or lost?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days with a photo of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including sending a replacement if applicable.

For lost packages, we will assist you in filing a claim with USPS.

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

Because each order is custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

How are magnets packaged?

Our products are shipped in padded bubble mailers to ensure they arrive safely.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Can i place a bulk order?

Yes! we can accommodate bulk or custom large orders. Please contact us directly for pricing, shipping details, and production timelines.
