All orders are made-to-order. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to create and package your magnets before shipping.
Shipping Rates & Delivery:

We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $5.00 for all orders within the U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska

Orders ship via USPS First-Class. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days for mainland U.S., and 5-10 Business days for Hawaii and Alaska.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather, or carrier delays outside of our control.
Tracking:

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.

Refund & Return Policy
Custom Orders:

​Please note that all of our products are custom made-to-order. Due to the personalized nature of out items, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Damaged or Lost Items:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days with a photo of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with USPS
Order Changes or Cancellations:

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if production has not yet started, but we cannot guarantee changes once work has begun.
